01.04.2022

LHV has opened a new client office in the Graf Zeppelini Maja in the heart of Pärnu, and it is now more accessible to Western Estonians than before. This is the third LHV branch in the country, after Tallinn and Tartu.

LHV is the largest domestic capital based bank in Estonia and is growing rapidly across the country. LHV’s role in Pärnu County is also growing, and the opening of the new office will allow us to be closer to our active clients there, offer the best personalised home loan experience and in-depth corporate banking knowledge, as well as organise exciting seminars.

According to Kadri Kiisel, Chairman of the Management Board of LHV Pank, Pärnu is one of Estonia’s main centres of attraction, which is why it is important for the bank to show more of its presence there.

‘Even though our clients can perform practically all operations through electronic channels and save time on account of visiting the office, we want to be closer and more easily accessible to the people of Pärnu County and the neighbouring counties than before. Today, almost one in seven people in Pärnu County is a client of LHV, and we hope that our importance in the region will grow even more with the opening of the new office,’ said Kiisel.

‘Pärnu is one of Estonia’s main centres of attraction, the city is rapidly developing as a working and living environment, the real estate there is highly valued, and more and more entrepreneurial people are moving to Pärnu. For the office, we have chosen people who are familiar with the local living and business environment, and know how to find the best solutions together with the client,’ said Kiisel.

LHV’s new client office is located in the new Graf Zeppelini Maja at Lai 15a. 672 m2 of the ground floor of the building is at the disposal of LHV. Like other LHV offices, the Pärnu office is cashless, but there is an ATM for cash transactions next to the office. The premises are of the same high standard in terms of appearance, functionality and comfort as in Tallinn or Tartu, and include a spacious service hall for both private and business clients, and a seminar room for investment seminars, for example.

In the Pärnu office, customer service specialists and an assistant, client relationship managers, home loan managers and a corporate banking client relationship manager started their work. There is also room for the expansion of other support units as needed. Altogether, the Pärnu office allows for the creation of up to 30 new jobs.

LHV Group is the largest domestic financial group and capital provider in Estonia. LHV Group’s key subsidiaries are LHV Pank, LHV Varahaldus, and LHV Kindlustus. LHV employs over 690 people. As at February, LHV’s banking services are being used by 332,000 clients, the pension funds managed by LHV have 135,000 active clients, and LHV Kindlustus protects a total of 145,000 clients.
