We cover damage caused by the weight or movement of accumulated snow or ice on the roof. For example, if a drainpipe becomes blocked, freezes, and breaks away from the roof structure.

We cover damage caused by rainwater or meltwater entering the building through the roof, walls, or other enclosing structures, up to €10,000.

We cover the cost of visits to a psychologist, psychiatrist, and/or psychotherapist, as well as treatment prescribed by them, in the event of a fire, burglary, or robbery at home. This is covered up to €250 per family member and up to €1,000 per insured event.

In the event of the destruction of a building, we cover interior design services for its restoration, up to €3,000.

We cover the costs of finding temporary accommodation, rent expenses, and moving costs (both to and from the temporary residence) up to €10,000 if the insured home becomes uninhabitable due to an insured event.

We cover home loan payments up to €10,000 if the insured home becomes uninhabitable due to an insured event.

We cover lost rental income up to €10,000 if the insured rental property becomes uninhabitable due to an insured event. This insurance cover applies to rental agreements with a duration of at least six months.
