Terms and Conditions of the Premium Customer Agreement

Valid from 11.06.2025

  1. A Premium customer agreement (Agreement) governs the Special Conditions of the customer relationship between AS LHV Pank (Bank) and the Bank’s customer (Customer). Unless agreed otherwise in the Agreement, the Bank’s General Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of other agreements between the Customer and the Bank shall be applicable to the Customer. In addition to the terms defined in the Agreement, the Agreement uses terms defined in the Bank’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. With the Agreement, the Bank makes a proposal to grant Premium Customer (Premium Customer) status to the Customer along with the attendant benefits and obligations, and the Customer accepts the proposal.
  3. All benefits accompanying Premium Customer status and references to terms of use of such benefits and additional information are described on the Bank’s Website and/or Internet Bank.
  4. The Customer undertakes to pay the Bank the monthly fee for Premium Customer status as specified in the Price List. The Bank shall debit said fee for the previous month from the Customer’s Account on the 10th day of the current month. The monthly fee shall not be charged for the period from grant of Premium Customer status until the end of the month in which it was granted. If the Agreement is terminated at the initiative of the Bank or the Customer in the middle of a month, the Bank shall be entitled to debit a full month’s fee for that month.
  5. The Customer has the right to relinquish Premium Customer status at any time by notifying the Bank via Internet Bank or a form reproducible in writing. In such a case, the Bank shall terminate the Agreement at the first opportunity and send the Customer a corresponding confirmation. After the termination of Agreement, all benefits and discounts related to the Agreement shall expire for the Customer and the terms and conditions agreed in the Agreement shall no longer be applicable to the Customer.
  6. The Bank reserves the right to unilaterally add, change and end the discounts, benefits and partner offers connected to the Agreement, as well as to cancel the Agreement unilaterally. The Bank shall notify the Customer of a termination of Agreement at least two (2) months in advance in a form reproducible in writing.
  7. The Bank has the right to extraordinarily and without advance notice terminate the Agreement if Customer fails to perform any obligation (including payment commitment) under the Agreement or other agreement entered into with the Bank within an additional fourteen (14) day term granted by the Bank.
  8. The Bank has the right to terminate at any time Premium Customer status and provision of the attendant benefits and substitute it with some other similar product. The Bank shall provide notice of the substitution of Premium Customer status at least two (2) calendar months in advance. If the Customer does not consent to substitution of the status, the Customer shall have the right to cancel the Agreement within two (2) months, notifying the Bank in writing or other form accepted by the Bank and performing all obligations arising from the Agreement. If the Customer does not exercise the right to cancel the Agreement, the Customer shall be considered to have accepted the substitution. If the Bank substitutes some other product for Premium Customer status, no separate agreement on the substitution shall be drawn up.
  9. The Bank has the right to share information learned about the Customer on the basis of a corresponding consent from the Customer, in cases set forth by law or in situations where it is necessary to perform the Agreement entered into with the Customer.
  10. The Bank’s General Terms and Conditions (including Principles of Processing Customer Data) and Price List, are integral part of this Agreement.
