Terms and conditions of the LHV Trader campaign

  1. The organiser of the campaign is AS LHV Pank (hereinafter: LHV), Tartu mnt 2, Tallinn, registry code 10539549.
  2. The campaign lasts from 29 January to 29 March 2018 (inclusive).
  3. The purpose of the campaign is to recognise our existing client, based on whose recommendation or similar facilitation a new client
    concludes a contract for using the LHV Trader trading platform (hereinafter: LHV Trader). With the campaign, LHV also supports
    new clients who have concluded a contract for using LHV Trader.
  4. Participants in the campaign include
    1. all existing clients who are natural or legal persons, who had a contract for using LHV Trader before the campaign started;
    2. all new clients, who did not have a contract for using LHV Trader before the campaign and who have fulfilled all of the following conditions during the campaign:
      • concluded a contract for using LHV Trader;
      • paid the minimum sum required to the special account tied to LHV Trader (5,000 $ or equivalent value in euros);
      • made at least 1 (one) securities transaction through LHV Trader.
  5. If a current client notifies LHV of a new client, LHV will reimburse (hereinafter: reimbursement) the current client of LHV for the service fees paid for using LHV Trader and other transaction-related expenses in the sum of 100 (one hundred) euros for each new client.
  6. In order to request the reimbursement, the current client must send an e-mail to LHV’s address maaklerid@lhv.ee, where they unambiguously state the first and last name or the business name of the new client.
  7. The client will have the right to the reimbursement granted with the campaign after the new client has fulfilled all of the criteria stated in clause 4.2.
  8. If several current clients of LHV have notified LHV of the same new client who is compliant with the criteria of clause 4.2, only the one who notified LHV first will be reimbursed.
  9. The maximum total reimbursement paid to a current client during the campaign is 300 (three hundred) euros.
  10. If a new client is compliant with the criteria established in clause 4.2, LHV will also reimburse them for the service fees paid for using LHV Trader and other transaction-related expenses in the sum of 100 (one hundred) euros.
  11. LHV will pay the reimbursement to the client’s special account tied to LHV Trader in the beginning of the month following the expenses.
  12. If a client has not used the sum reimbursed by 30 June 2018 at the latest (inclusive) or the contract for using LHV Trader ends before this date, the client will lose the sum that has not yet been paid out as reimbursement. Reimbursement not paid out cannot be transferred out (incl. withdrawn as cash) of the special account tied to LHV Trader.
  13. LHV has the right to end the campaign or amend its terms before the end of the campaign with a notification published on their website.
