On 30 July 2024, LHV and Partner are discontinuing offering joint bank cards

As of that date, we will no longer issue new Partner debit and credit cards. Existing Partner bank cards will remain valid until the card’s expiration date.

What happens now?

When your Partner debit card expires, we will replace it with an LHV debit card. The card’s expiration date (month and year) is imprinted on the front of the card.

The new card will be mailed to your home address. Your card’s PIN code will remain the same.

What happens now?

When your Partner credit card expires, we will replace it with a flexible and convenient LHV credit card. The card’s expiration date (month and year) is imprinted on the front of the card.

The new card will be mailed to your home address. The card’s PIN code will be the same as your existing card PIN code. Your credit account will also stay the same and can be used the same way as currently.

FAQ

You can download the Partnerkaart mobile app on your phone from App Store or Google Play or order a Partner card. Partner cards can be ordered from the Partner card self-service environment or the Partnerkaart app, as well from the information desk at Kaubamaja, Selver and Delice locations.

You will need to renew your Partner card only if you have closed your Partner bank card on the internet bank or swapped it for another bank card. Your shopper bonus linked to your Partner bank card will automatically be transferred to your new Partner card.

The change affects only the LHV Partner debit card and LHV Partner credit card.

New cards can be ordered until 29 July 2024. Starting 30 July, new Partner bank cards will no longer be issued.

All current Partner bank cards will remain valid until the expiration date. You can find the expiration date (month and year) imprinted on the front of your bank card.

Partnerkaart will continue offering its loyalty programme as before and Partner bank cards will continue to amass bonus points on the existing conditions.

The information on the new bank card is available through the LHV internet bank and mobile app. The new card will be mailed to your home address free of charge.

To continue using the Partner programme in future, including amassing bonus points and enjoying discounts, download the Partnerkaart app on your phone or order a Partner card.

If you think your bank card has been lost or stolen, have it blocked immediately using the internet bank or mobile app. Should you end up finding the card later and you’re sure no unauthorized access has occurred, you can re-activate the card, also through the internet bank or mobile app. If you don’t find the card or were unable to block it, call customer support at 6 800 400.

You can also use the mobile app and internet bank to disable contactless payment and set lower limits on daily and monthly payment totals.

If your Partner bank card is lost or stolen or stops working before its expiration date, we can still replace the card with a Partner bank card. The expiration date of the replacement card will be the same as that of the original card.

The Partner programme rules allow only one loyalty card – for example, a Partner debit card or Partner credit card – to be active at any given time. As long as your Partner bank card is active, you can’t order an ordinary Partner card.
