Campaign rules

Entering the campaign

  • The campaign “Maijooksu spordikella loos“ (LHV Women’s Run Sports Watch Drawing) is organised by LHV Varahaldus, address Tartu mnt 2, Tallinn, registry code 10572453. The campaign runs from 1 May to 31 May 2025.
  • All adult natural persons who have completed the corresponding survey on the LHV website (lhv.ee/en/maijooks) during the period 1.05.2025 – 31.05.2025 and are not covered by the exclusions below are eligible to enter. Every person participating in the drawing has one vote.
  • The drawing is held within five business days of the end of the drawing participation period (1.05. – 31.05.2025). We will contact the winner by phone.
  • Employees of AS LHV Varahaldus and companies in the same corporate group (AS LHV Group, AS LHV Pank, AS LHV Finance and AS LHV Kindlustus) may not enter.

Prize

  • The campaign prize is a Garmin Forerunner 965 (valued at 649 euros).
  • AS LHV Varahaldus representatives will draw the prize within five business days of the end of the drawing participation period (31 May 2025) in the presence of the LHV Pank Compliance specialist.
  • The prize will be dispatched within three banking days of contacting the winner.
  • To receive the prize, the winner must submit their data: first and last name, personal identification code.
  • LHV Varahaldus will contact the winner by phone. If it is not possible to reach the winner during the three business days following the drawing, the winner forgoes the prize or does not meet the conditions of the draw, AS LHV Varahaldus is entitled to hold a new drawing.
  • The prize may not be replaced or exchanged in any form. The expenditures on delivering the prize shall be paid by LHV Varahaldus, but LHV Varahaldus will not compensate for other expenditures related to receiving the prize.

Obligations/other

  • By participating in the campaign, the participant consents to processing of their personal data in order to draw and announce the winner, and to identify the winner when issuing the prize of the campaign game/drawing.
  • Every participant in the campaign is obliged to accept the rules established by LHV Varahaldus and all decisions of LHV Varahaldus.
  • LHV Varahaldus is entitled to discontinue the campaign and/or change its conditions before the end of the campaign, providing notice thereof on its website.
