Campaign terms

  • The AS LHV Pank (hereinafter LHV Pank) campaign "Transfer Your Salary and Receive 100 Euros to Your Savings Account" (hereinafter the campaign) takes place from July 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025.
  • The Campaign is open to all new private clients of LHV Bank who are at least 18 years old, who register as a client of LHV Bank during the Campaign period, whose salary starts being deposited into their personal current account at LHV Bank within 90 days from registration, and who have an open Savings Account (hereinafter the Savings Account) at LHV Bank.
  • Clients who have already received the same reward as part of a previous similar offer are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  • Within the framework of the Campaign and during the Campaign period, only the following types of income will be considered as salary: salary, pension, parental benefit, scholarship.
  • Salary deposits are defined as any deposits with a clear reference to regular income in the transaction description. Examples: "Salary 02.2024," "Parental Benefit," "Pension," etc. For example, a receipt with the explanation "September 2024" does not meet the conditions of the campaign, since there is no reference to regular income. LHV Pank reserves the right to decide which payment descriptions comply with the campaign's terms.
  • The prize for the campaign is a one-time payment of 100 (one hundred) euros to the participant's Savings Account.
  • LHV Pank representatives will verify the fulfilment of the conditions and carry out the prize payments within 5 working days of each subsequent month. The verifications and payments will take place during the period from July 1, 2025, to December 5, 2025
  • The prize will be credited in one payment to the Savings Account first opened by the participant at LHV Pank. The prize will not be awarded in cash.
  • The prize cannot be replaced or exchanged in any form, and LHV Pank will not reimburse any costs related to claiming the prize.
  • Any taxes related to the prize will be paid by LHV Pank.
  • Each campaign participant must accept the rules set by LHV Pank and all decisions made by LHV Pank regarding the campaign.
  • In the event of force majeure, LHV Pank reserves the right to terminate or modify the campaign without prior notice or consequence. LHV Pank will announce any such termination or modification via its website lhv.ee or other communication channels if possible.
  • LHV Pank is the data controller for the personal data processed as part of the campaign. The processing of personal data is governed by LHV’s Principles of Processing Customer Data.
  • LHV Pank reserves the right to make any decisions regarding the campaign without prior notice. All claims related to the organisation of the campaign must be submitted to LHV Pank by mail at Tartu mnt 2, Tallinn 10145, or by email at info@lhv.ee
