How does one send a bank statement?

  1. Swedbank

    1. Enter Swedbank.
    2. Select “Everyday banking” from the menu and then “Account Statement”.
    3. Select the past six months as the statement period, ending with the current date.
    4. Select “Submit request”. Then press the “BDOC” button above the account statement and save the file on your computer.
    5. After saving the statement, e-mail the file to our address at finance@lhv.ee.

  2. SEB

    1. Enter SEB Bank.
    2. Select “Transactions” and then “Queries” and “Statement”.
    3. Select the past six months as the statement period, ending with the current date.
    4. Select “Digitally signed” statement and save the file on your computer.
    5. After saving the statement, e-mail the file to our address at finance@lhv.ee.

  3. Luminor

    A Statement of Account bearing the digital signature of Luminor (Nordea) Pank can be ordered from Nordea’s Customer Support, by telephoning at 628-3300.
  4. Coop Pank

    1. Enter Coop Pank.
    2. From the menu, select Payments and then Statement of Account.
    3. Select the past six months as the statement period, ending with the current date.
    4. Confirm the data in the statement by pressing the blue button Statement of Account
    5. The statement will be displayed on the screen. Located in the upper left-hand corner of the statement is the option Save, and once clicked, the option of BDOC will open.
    6. After saving the statement, send us the file via e-mail, to the address finance@lhv.ee.
