LHV business customer survey conditions for participation in the draw

  • AS LHV Pank (hereinafter LHV Pank) survey (hereinafter the survey) takes place from 3 December 2024 to 15 December 2024.
  • As part of the survey, LHV Pank will conduct a prize draw.
  • The draw is open to all LHV Pank business customers who have responded to the survey and provided their company’s contact details (company name and email) below the survey.
  • The draw will take place once, and one winner will be drawn.
  • Employees of the bank and companies belonging to the same group as the bank (LHV Group, LHV Varahaldus, LHV Kindlustus, LHV Finance, LHV Bank Limited and AS LHV Paytech), as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the draw.

Prize:

  • As a prize, LHV Pank will draw an accommodation holiday for two “Time spent together” at Kalev Spa.
  • Representatives of LHV Pank will draw the survey prize on 17 December 2024, based on a random selection, and in the presence of LHV Pank’s compliance control specialist.
  • Compliance with the established terms and conditions for participating in the draw is verified and the winner of the draw is notified of having won within 3 (three) days after the draw has taken place.
  • The prize will be handed over to the legal representative (hereinafter the winner) of the participating company. The prize will not be paid out in cash.
  • If, due to reasons independent of the bank, the winner of the prize cannot be contacted within 3 (three) days after the draw or the winner renounces the prize, a new draw will be held to find a new winner.
  • The prize is not replaceable or exchangeable in any way and the bank shall not reimburse any expenses related to receiving the prize.

Obligations/Other:

  • To participate in the draw, enter your company’s contact details (company name and email address) in the corresponding field at the end of the survey. By providing contact information, you agree to the terms and conditions of the draw.
  • Each campaign participant must accept all rules established by the bank and all decisions made by the bank.
  • Should circumstances of force majeure appear, the bank shall have the right to discontinue the campaign without prior notice or any consequences. If possible, the bank shall provide notice of such discontinuation through the bank’s website of lhv.ee or another information channel.
  • LHV Pank is the controller for the personal data processed in the draw. The processing of personal data is regulated by LHV’s Principles for Processing Customer Data.
  • The bank reserves the right to make any decisions regarding the promotional campaign without prior notice thereof. All complaints related to the organisation of the campaign must be presented to the bank via mail info@lhv.ee.
