LHV will close its customer service offices in Tartu and Pärnu on 30 October, as customers are increasingly using digital channels to access banking services. In the first seven months of 2026, the number of visits to offices fell by nearly a quarter in Tartu and by nearly a fifth in Pärnu compared with the same period last year.
The role of physical offices is diminishing, but the quality and availability of banking services will be maintained. You can continue to carry out all your day-to-day banking transactions via the LHV mobile app and online banking. If you have any questions, LHV’s customer support is here to help, and you can book an appointment at the Tallinn customer service office if necessary.
At the same time, the use of banking services is increasingly moving beyond the banks’ own digital channels. In the future, customers will not need to log in to their bank’s platform separately for each service; instead, they will be able to access their banking details securely via the digital channel of their choice. This development is supported by LHV’s AI integration, which allows you to link your bank account to ChatGPT, for example, and ask the AI assistant for information on both your day-to-day finances and your investment portfolio.
