In the annual Top Employer survey organised by CV-Online, LHV has been recognised as one of the leading employers in the sector for the fifth consecutive year. Additionally, LHV secured the second place in the overall top-of-mind ranking, demonstrating that we continue to remain memorable to people.
The Top Employer title is based on people’s voluntary choices – this year, nearly 10,000 people cast their votes. The survey acknowledges employers who offer stability, values, and growth opportunities during times when the labour market is changing and the economic environment is challenging. LHV is praised not only as an employer but also as an organisation that creates meaningful value and a sense of security.
Age Leedo, the Head of Human Resources at LHV, says: ‘We have now been recognised as the best employer in the financial sector for several years in a row, which likely reflects broader trust and an assessment based on our consistent performance. LHV has its own way and rhythm of doing things, as well as a role in the Estonian economy that stands out.’
The Top Employer title is not just an award – it signifies a strong work culture and the ability to genuinely retain people. We would like to thank everyone who has placed their trust in us. Leedo adds: ‘As an employer, we create an environment where people have room to grow, contribute their ideas, and build something meaningful. We are proud of this recognition.’
