23.02.2024

In accordance with the resolution of the Supervisory Board of LHV Pank, the current Head of Retail Banking, Annika Goroško, will join the bank's Management Board from 1 March. She will replace Andres Kitter on the Management Board, who will focus on the development of the bank in the UK as the Head of Technology of LHV Bank Limited. Eligibility to become a Member of the Management Board at LHV Pank is subject to confirmation of suitability by the European Central Bank.

According to Kadri Kiisel, Chairman of the Management Board of LHV Pank, the addition of an experienced manager to the members of the Management Board of the bank provides assurance that the retail banking sector will receive the necessary extra attention in the future. ‘LHV Pank has more than 420,000 clients and more clients are joining every day. In the future, we want to focus more on ensuring that all clients use our banking services more actively. Annika's experience in banking and managing retail client-related topics at different times makes her a good addition to the Management Board,' explained Kadri Kiisel. ‘As a member of the Management Board of LHV Pank for more than 10 years, Andres Kitter has led the retail banking and financial intermediaries' area, while growing a technology-driven culture in the organisation. I wish him success in his new challenges at the sister bank.'

'For each bank, retail clients are the most important people and companies that make the most use of various bank products and services. We are facing important innovations to address each client segment even more clearly according to their needs. We will continue to work to be there for the client at every necessary moment and place, to think along and serve the client in the best possible way as a financial partner,'' commented Annika Goroško.

Annika Goroško has led the retail banking area at LHV Pank since October 2022. Prior to joining LHV, Goroško worked at Swedbank as Head of the Baltic Business Cards Portfolio.
