You cannot apply for the ISIC card, if you are an extern, intern, a resident, or student of the Open University, unless you are a student of the University of Tartu Open University.
If you are not yet a client of LHV, open a private customer account
Open the cards tab on the app, tap the plus sign at the top and choose “Virtual ISIC card”
Enter the name of your college or university and a photo of yourself
Accept the terms and give consent for the Federation of Estonian Student Unions to process your data
You will find your new student card under the Cards tab of the mobile app
You can spot these discounts by the corresponding decal on an establishment’s door or near the payment terminal. You can also ask the seller if they offer an ISIC discount. In most cases, you only need to present your ISIC to score the discount.

Please note: our ISIC cannot be used as a bank card. If you are younger than 26, you can order a free Youth Card to go with your ISIC. It comes with purchase insurance; discount offers, and a chance of winning spending money and investing money.
