The terms for participation in the LHV Growth Account feedback survey draw

• AS LHV Pank (hereinafter LHV Pank) feedback survey (hereinafter the survey) takes place from 2 April 2024 to 16 April 2024.
• As part of the survey, LHV Pank will conduct a prize draw.
• The draw will include randomly selected clients of LHV Pank’s Growth Account who have responded to the survey and provided their contact information (email address) at the end of the survey. The draw will take place once, and one winner will be drawn.
• Employees of LHV Pank and companies belonging to the same group as LHV Pank (LHV Group, LHV Varahaldus, LHV Kindlustus, LHV Finance, LHV Bank Limited and AS LHV Paytech), as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the draw.

Prize:

• As a prize, LHV Pank will draw an investment-related book and a one-time payment of 50 EUR (fifty euros) to the winner’s Growth Account.
• Representatives of LHV Pank will draw the survey prize no later than 22 April 2024, based on a random selection and in the presence of LHV Pank’s compliance specialist.
• Compliance with the established terms for participating in the draw is verified and the winner of the draw is notified of having won within 3 (three) days after the draw has taken place.
• The book prize will be handed over physically at LHV Pank’s office or sent to a parcel terminal. The transfer to the winner’s chosen Growth Account will be completed no later than 24 April 2024. The prize will not be issued in cash. If, due to reasons independent of LHV Pank, the winner of the prize cannot be contacted within 3 (three) days after the draw or the winner renounces the prize, a new draw will be held to find a new winner.
• The prize is not replaceable or exchangeable in any form.

Obligations/Other:

• To participate in the draw, please enter your email address into the corresponding field at the end of the survey. By providing your contact information, you agree to the terms of the draw. Each campaign participant must accept all rules established by LHV Pank and all decisions made by LHV Pank.
• Should circumstances of force majeure appear, LHV Pank shall have the right to discontinue the campaign without prior notice or any consequences. If possible, LHV Pank shall provide notice of such discontinuation through LHV Pank’s website of lhv.ee or another information channel.
• LHV Pank is the controller for the personal data processed in the draw. The processing of personal data is regulated by LHV’s Principles for Processing Customer Data.
• LHV Pank reserves the right to make any decisions regarding the promotional campaign without prior notice thereof. All complaints related to the organisation of the campaign must be presented to LHV Pank via mail info@lhv.ee.
