Gold Card 3 months -50% special offer terms and conditions

  1. General Conditions

    1. The organizer of the campaign is AS LHV Pank, registry code 10539549 (hereinafter LHV Pank).
    2. The campaign “Gold Card 3 months –50%” or the Gold Card special offer (hereinafter the campaign) takes place from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 (inclusive).
    3. Eligible to participate in the campaign are LHV private customers who meet the following conditions:
      • the customer has an active client agreement with LHV Pank;
      • the customer has received a Gold Card special offer from LHV Pank during the campaign period via email, phone, Internet Bank, mobile app, branch, client manager, event, discount code, or any other communication or sales channel used by LHV Pank;
      • the customer does not have an active or blocked LHV Gold Card at the time of the offer, nor have they had one in the preceding 6 months, unless otherwise specified in the offer made to the customer by LHV Pank.
    4. The –50% discount applies only to a new LHV Gold Card ordered during the campaign period. The discount does not apply to an existing LHV Gold Card, unless otherwise specified in the offer made to the customer by LHV Pank.
    5. The customer has the right to use the Gold Card campaign discount once. The discount cannot be used repeatedly, including when ordering a new Gold Card after closing a previous one.
    6. To receive the discount, the Gold Card must be ordered during the campaign period or within the deadline specified in the offer made to the customer.
    7. The discount period begins from the moment the Gold Card is activated.
    8. The discount period lasts until the end of the 3rd (third) full calendar month following the month of the Gold Card’s activation. During the discount period, a 50% discount on the Gold Card’s monthly fee, as stated in the valid LHV Pank price list, will be applied.
    9. Starting from the 4th (fourth) full calendar month, the Gold Card monthly fee will be applied according to the valid LHV Pank price list.
    10. The campaign discount will be applied to the Gold Card’s monthly fee calculation during the discount period automatically or in the manner determined by LHV Pank, and the customer does not need to submit a separate application for it, unless otherwise specified in the offer made to the customer.
    11. LHV Pank has the right to determine the campaign’s target group, offer channels, and more detailed conditions for making the offer. LHV Pank has the right to decide whether the campaign discount is applied to the customer automatically, based on an offer made by an LHV Pank employee, through the use of a discount code, or in any other manner determined by LHV Pank.
  2. Obligations/Other

    1. The use of the Gold Card is subject to the LHV Pank terms and conditions for debit and credit cards and the valid price list.
    2. Each participant in the campaign agrees to accept the rules established by LHV Pank and all decisions made by LHV Pank related to the campaign.
    3. In the event of force majeure, LHV Pank has the right to interrupt or change the campaign without prior notice and without any consequences. LHV Pank will, if possible, announce such an interruption or change on its website lhv.ee or through another information channel.
    4. LHV Pank is the controller of personal data processed within the framework of the campaign. The processing of personal data is regulated by the LHV Client Data Processing Principles.
    5. In all matters concerning the campaign, LHV Pank has the right to make any decisions without prior notification. All complaints regarding the organization of the campaign must be sent to LHV Pank at the postal address Tartu mnt 2, Tallinn 10145 or by email to info@lhv.ee.
