Terms and conditions of the LHV Friend Referral Campaign

General Terms and Conditions

  • The LHV Friend Referral Campaign (hereinafter the Campaign) by AS LHV Pank (hereinafter LHV Pank) runs from 01/03/2026 to 30/06/2026.
  • Participants in the Campaign:
    • Referrer: an LHV Pank private customer aged 18 or older;
    • Referral: an individual aged 18 or older who becomes an LHV Pank private customer during the Campaign or who is already an LHV Pank private customer and who has not received any regular income in their current account in the past 12 months.
  • Participation in the Campaign:
    • To participate in the Campaign, the Referral must join the Campaign via the referral link sent by the Referrer through LHV Pank’s digital channel.
    • The Referrer cannot participate using their own referral link.
  • Conclusion of the Campaign Agreement:
    • By participating in the Campaign, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
    • The Campaign Agreement with the Referrer is considered concluded when the referral link is created and with the Referral when they join the Campaign via the Referrer’s link. The bank is obliged to pay the bonus if both the Referrer and Referral have met all of the terms and conditions of the Campaign. The Agreement ends after the bonus is paid or at the end of the Campaign period, if the terms and conditions are not met.

Income requirements

  • Regular income within the Campaign includes salary, old-age pension, and parental benefit. Monthly deposits to the Referral’s current account at LHV Pank must total at least EUR 700 (seven hundred) per calendar month (from one or multiple legal entities).
  • Income deposit conditions:
    • Deposits are considered income if the description clearly indicates regularity, such as ‘Salary – February 2026’, ‘Pension’ or ‘Parental Benefit’.
    • Deposits without a clear reference to regular income (e.g. ‘September 2026’) do not qualify.
    • Amounts deposited to the Entrepreneur Account are not considered income.
  • LHV Pank has the right to decide whether the payment description meets the terms and conditions of the Campaign.

Bonus and the payment thereof

  • Both the Referrer and the Referral receive a one-time EUR 50 bonus if all of the terms and conditions of the Campaign are met. The Referrer receives a bonus for each Referral who meets the terms and conditions.
  • Bonus requirements:
    • To receive the bonus, both the Referrer and the Referral must have an open LHV Pank Savings Account.
  • Bonus payment:
    • LHV Pank verifies compliance with the terms and conditions and pays bonuses within the first five (5) working days of each calendar month. Verification and payments take place between 01/04/2026 and 07/09/2026.
    • The bonus is credited to the participant’s first opened active Savings Account. The bonus is not paid in cash.
  • Other bonus terms and conditions:
    • Taxes related to bonus payment are covered by LHV Pank.
    • The bonus cannot be replaced or exchanged in any other form. Any costs related to receiving the bonus are not reimbursed by LHV Pank.

Processing of personal data

  • LHV Pank is the data controller for personal data processed within the Campaign. Personal data processing follows LHV Pank’s Principles of Processing Customer Data, available on the website of LHV Pank.
  • LHV Pank processes the personal data of Campaign participants for the purpose of conducting the Campaign and fulfilling the Campaign Agreement, including linking participants and referral links, checking compliance with the terms and conditions of the Campaign, and calculating and paying out bonuses.
  • To verify compliance with the terms and conditions of the Campaign, and to pay bonuses to both the Referrer and Referral, LHV Pank links the Referral with the Referrer, using the unique code found in the referral link sent to the Referral. LHV Pank uses the tracking code contained in the link solely for the aforementioned purposes.
  • To ensure compliance, LHV Pank displays to the Referrer, via online banking and the mobile app, whether the Referral has started to fulfil or has completed fulfilling the terms and conditions of the Campaign. LHV Pank shall not disclose any names of Referrals or their identifying information to the Referrer. If all the Referrals to whom the Referrer has sent a referral link comply with the terms and conditions of the Campaign, the Referrer will be able to verify that all these persons are customers of LHV Pank. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Campaign, the Referral acknowledges that they are aware of the above.

Obligations and other terms and conditions

  • By joining the Campaign, the participant confirms they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Campaign.
  • If LHV Pank detects that a participant is violating the terms and conditions of the Campaign, acting for illegal purposes, or attempting to commit fraud, as well as if the participant damages the reputation of LHV Pank through their actions, the Bank has the right to refuse to pay the bonus.
  • LHV Pank may unilaterally cancel the Campaign or change its terms and conditions, announcing this on the website at www.lhv.ee/en/referral-campaign-terms-and-conditions. In such cases, LHV Pank is not responsible for any losses or missed income (bonuses).
  • All Campaign-related claims must be sent in writing to Tartu mnt 2, 10145 Tallinn, or by email to info@lhv.ee. LHV Pank resolves disputes based on these terms and conditions as well as the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
