Experienced employees rated LHV as the most attractive employer for the fourth year in a row, with as many as 61% of respondents wanting to work for the company. Among business students, LHV holds the leading position for the fifth year running.
According to the survey, LHV ranked 2nd in both the overall student ranking and the vocational school student ranking. Among IT students and law students, LHV ranked 4th and 7th, respectively.

This sentiment is also reflected externally – exceptional people bring new talent to us. There is potential in LHV that cannot be found elsewhere.’
This year, LHV has also been recognised elsewhere as an employer. In CV-Online’s annual Top Employer survey, we were named Top Employer in the financial sector for the fifth year running and also placed second in the overall top-of-mind rankings. Kantar Emor also confirmed the attractiveness of LHV, pointing out that it was is the most valued employer among students for the third year in a row.
Saulep added: ‘Our people deserve the greatest credit – they are what make LHV an attractive employer. According to our colleagues, the magic of LHV lies in an atmosphere where vision, courage, responsibility, and outstanding people create opportunities for growth. It’s the will to actually get things done that counts.’
