Gold Card 3 months -50% campaign conditions

  1. General Terms

    1. The campaign organiser is AS LHV Pank (registry code 10539549), hereinafter referred to as LHV Bank.
    2. The campaign “Gold Card 3 months -50%” (hereinafter the campaign) takes place from 09.03.2026 to 05.04.2026 (inclusive).
    3. The campaign is open to LHV private customers who are of legal age and meet the following conditions:
    • The customer has an active client agreement.
    • The customer has not had an active or blocked LHV Gold debit or credit card since 01.09.2025.
    • The customer has received a special offer from LHV via email or any other communication channel during the campaign period.
    1. The discount period begins from the moment the Gold Card is activated.
    2. The discount period lasts until the end of the third full calendar month following the month of activation, and during this period the monthly fee for the Gold Card is €3.5.
    3. From the fourth full month onwards, the monthly fee for the Gold Card will apply according to the valid price list of LHV Bank.
    4. The -50% discount applies only to a new Gold Card ordered during the campaign period. The discount does not apply to an existing Gold Card.
    5. The discounted price of the Gold Card during the campaign period is €3.5 per month.
    6. To receive the discount, the Gold Card must be ordered during the campaign period. During the ordering process, the monthly fee displayed will be based on the standard price list of LHV Bank. The campaign discount will be applied automatically when calculating the monthly fee during the discount period, and no separate application is required from the customer.
  2. Obligations/Other

    1. The use of the Gold Card is subject to the terms and conditions for LHV Pank debit and credit cards and the valid price list.
    2. Each campaign participant agrees to accept the rules established by LHV Pank and all decisions made by LHV Pank related to the campaign.
    3. In the event of force majeure circumstances, LHV Pank has the right to terminate or modify the campaign without prior notice and without any consequences. LHV Pank will, where possible, inform about such termination or modification on its website lhv.ee or through other information channels.
    4. LHV Pank is the controller of personal data processed within the framework of the campaign. The processing of personal data is governed by the LHV Client Data Processing Principles.
    5. In all matters related to the campaign, LHV Pank has the right to make any decisions without prior notice. All claims related to the organisation of the campaign must be submitted to LHV Pank at Tartu mnt 2, Tallinn 10145 or by e-mail at info@lhv.ee.
