Terms and conditions of the LHV Trader campaign
- The LHV Trader campaign (hereinafter: the campaign) runs from 2 to 20 May 2022.
- The campaign is organised by AS LHV Pank, address Tartu mnt 2, 10145 Tallinn, registry code 10539549, phone 6 800 400, e-mail address info@lhv.ee.
- All private and business clients of LHV Pank who, as at 19 May 2022, have concluded an active contract for the use of the LHV Pank trading platform LHV Trader, and in that context, have opened an account that holds cash or securities, participate in the campaign.
- Employees of AS LHV Pank and companies belonging to the same group (LHV Group, LHV Varahaldus, LHV Finance, and LHV Kindlustus) or their family members shall not participate in the campaign.
- The campaign prize (hereinafter: the prize) is a ticket to Alexander Elder’s seminar ‘Masterclass: Trading for a Living’, which will take place on 25–26 May 2022 in Tallinn, and further information for which can be found at https://pood.aripaev.ee/masterclass-trading-for-a-living.
- A participant in the campaign undertakes to accept the rules and decisions made by LHV Pank.
- It is not necessary to register for the prize draw in advance, but the terms of the campaign must be accepted to participate in it, including in the event of winning the prize, the disclosure of your name on the website of LHV Pank at lhv.ee, customer communication, e-mails and social media channels.
- LHV Pank will draw the prize on 20 May 2022 in the presence of its Compliance Officer.
- LHV Pank will verify compliance with the terms and conditions set for participation in the draw, and will notify the winner of the prize no later than 23 May 2022.
- If LHV Pank has not been able to contact the prize winner by 23 May 2022 for reasons beyond the control of LHV Pank, or if the winner waives the prize, LHV Pank will arrange a new draw to find a new winner.
- The prize cannot be replaced or exchanged in any way, and the LHV Pank will not reimburse any expenses related to receiving the prize.
- If circumstances of force majeure occur, LHV Pank has the right to discontinue the campaign without prior notice and without any consequences. If possible, LHV Pank will give notice of such discontinuation via its website lhv.ee or some other information channel.
- LHV Pank reserves the right to take any decisions regarding the campaign without prior notice thereof.

- Complaints related to the organisation of the campaign must be sent by mail to LHV Pank’s postal address Tartu mnt 2, 10145 Tallinn.
