Application for payment acquiring

I confirm that all of the information provided in the application is correct, and I agree to the processing of my personal data by AS LHV Pank (LHV) in accordance with the Principles of Processing Customer Data at LHV. I hereby confirm that the third parties whose data I am disclosing have granted their consent to the forwarding of the data to LHV, and have agreed and are aware that LHV has the right to contact them and to process the disclosed data, for the purposes of concluding a contract, in accordance with the Principles of Processing Customer Data at LHV.

The applicant and the members of the applicant’s management board are aware that, upon submission of the application, LHV will check the information on, among other things, the payment defaults of the members of the management board for the purpose of managing credit risk. The legal basis for the processing of data is the legitimate interest of LHV.
