(2) Value added tax in the amount of 22% is added. Legal persons subject to value added tax in a foreign country are subject to value added tax of 0%.
(3) Management fee is calculated on the basis of a month’s average market value of the assets (incl. money, deposits and securities). If the market value is not available, the nominal value is taken as a basis.
(4) A safekeeping fee is added to PTP securities: 2% per month, min 150 €, VAT is added. The PTP securities list is located on LHV Financial Portal and may be renewed without prior notice. The safekeeping fee shall be calculated for each calendar month in which the client held an open position in a PTP security on at least one day. The fee is added to other management fees included in the price list. In certain cases, holders of PTP securities may also incur a U.S. tax liability without a cash credit to the account. In such a case, the bank has the right to demand payment of taxes from a client whose PTP position is imputable to the additional tax liability.
(5) Management fee is charged in US dollars.
(6) If there should be additional brokers fees due to corporate actions or securities held in foreign markets then those might be debited from client’s account.
