Campaign rules
Participating in the drawing
- The campaign “Rally Estonia piletiloos” (Rally Estonia admission drawing, hereinafter “campaign”) will take place from 19 June to 5 July 2019.
- Everyone who has responded to the campaign questions and left their contact details will take part in the drawing.
- To take part in the drawing, it is necessary to accept the conditions (including consenting to publication of one’s name on lhv.ee, in customer communication emails and social media channels).
- The employees of companies in AS LHV Pank, LHV Group, LHV Varahaldus and LHV Finance and their family members are not eligible to participate in the drawing.
Prizes
The prizes in the drawing are:
- 20 sets of rally passes (20 x 2 passes)
- 2 sets of VIP rally passes (2 x 2 passes)
- The prizes will be drawn on 28 June and 5 July 2019 in the presence of AS LHV Pank conformity control specialist.
- Compliance with conditions established for participating in the drawing will be verified after the drawing and the winner will be contacted by email within 2 banking days of the drawing.
- If for reasons independent of LHV Finance, it is not possible to contact the winner within 2 (two) days of the drawing or the winner waives the prize, a new drawing will be held to determine a new winner.
- The prize may not be substituted or exchangeable in any form and LHV Finance will not compensate the winner for expenditures related to claiming the prize, other than payment of postal charges within Estonia. The prize will be delivered to the winner in a manner suitable for the winner.
Responsibilities/Other
- Campaign participants shall follow the rules established by LHV Finance and the decisions made by LHV Finance in the context of the campaign.
- LHV Finance has the right to discontinue the campaign with no advance notice and with no consequences. LHV Finance shall announce such a discontinuation on its website lhv.ee or other information channel.
- In all aspects related to the campaign, LHV Finance has the right to adopt decisions without providing advance notice in this regard. All complaints with regard to the campaign are to be mailed to LHV Finance at Tartu mnt 2 Tallinn 10145.
