Sinimäe Kodud

In cooperation with the developer of Sinimäe Kodud, we offer the possibility for the developer to pay the interest payments of the first year on each apartment at Sinimäe Kodud on behalf of the apartment buyer if the loan is taken from our bank (if the developer and the buyer agree on this in advance)*.

*Cooperation applies to all buyers of an apartment at Sinimäe Kodud (Sinimäe 1, Lasnamäe district, Tallinn) who have concluded a contract for the purchase of an apartment (including a contract of sale under the Law of Obligations) with the developer after 15 January 2024, take out a loan from LHV Pank to pay the purchase price of the apartment, and have reached an agreement with the developer on the payment of the first 12 months of interest payments on behalf of the buyer.

The annual percentage rate of charge for a home loan is 5.753% on the following sample conditions: loan amount of EUR 140,000; interest rate of 5.59% per year (floating, interest rate based on the 6-month Euribor and a margin of 1.69%); agreement fee of EUR 300; period of 360 months; the number of repayments is 360 and the total amount to be paid is EUR 289,057.21, with payment in the form of monthly annuity payments. An insurance contract needs to be concluded and a mortgage set for the collateral in order to receive the loan. The rate does not include the expenses related to establishing and insuring the security.
