Any transactions linked to abnormal prices on the stock exchange will be cancelled. It is forbidden to manipulate the market to achieve a better position.

Effecting transactions

Transaction orders may be issued via the game portal at www.lhv.ee/shark. The game portal is in Estonian, English and Russian. Players will be able to issue orders at limit and market prices. Transaction orders may be issued round the clock.
When transaction orders are issued, an amount in the player’s account is reserved, using the latest current share price in the system and the current currency mid-market rate. In the case of a share sale, the amount from the sale will be converted immediately into euros at the current mid-market rate.
The service charge on transactions in the equity game is 0.1% of the transaction amount.
Any orders at market prices directed at the US market are completed approximately 20 minutes after the order is issued, at the latest price on the market.
On an order at a limit price directed at the US market, the limit price and the latest transaction price have to match.
Any transactions that have gone on hold will be completed at 3-minute intervals, and accordingly a further delay of up to 3 minutes may result. A transaction may go on hold if an order set at a limit price cannot be completed due to the market conditions.
If the share has no last price, the order will go on hold until the close of the day and will be cancelled if no last price has been generated.
On US markets, both purchase and sale transactions are effected at the latest prices.

The value of the portfolio is calculated as the aggregate total of the value of the shares and of the available funds in the account. If, at the close of the day or the game, the funds balance is in the negative, it will be deducted from the amount transferred into the account on the following day and from the market value of the shares when the game ends.
